Addition of new associate allows full-service communications firm to provide more options for video production and affordable audio-visual services for media events.

Ottawa, ON – After some busy months out of the gate and coming off a highly successful free half-day training session for local non-profits, Ottawa Media Group (OMG) is pleased to announce it is now adding Robert Patterson as another team member.

He joins the OMG team at an exciting time and comes with high tech equipment to allow OMG to provide affordable and turn-key media events and video services for clients. Over his 20-year career Robert has had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest news and production companies in the world including CTV, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, BBC and Discovery Channel to name a few.

“This is an exciting next chapter for me as I join a great team of like-minded communications professionals,” explains OMG’s newest addition, Robert Patterson. “I’m looking forward to working with some of Ottawa’s finest.”

Along the way Robert has been fortunate to experience working with an incredible variety of characters from homeless people and the powerless, to Prime Ministers, Heads of State and humanitarians like Jane Goodall and the Dalai Lama.

“Rob has varied interests and is a part of the local music scene,” explains OMG Managing Partner Eric Collard. “He also fits perfectly with OMG’s philosophy: We mean business…but we have fun doing it.”
